Who We Are

Farmers First Agri Service is an independent crop insurance agency based in Chetek, Wisconsin, licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We sell and service federal crop insurance products underwritten by approved USDA reinsurance companies under the Standard Reinsurance Agreement with the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC). This policy covers farmers1st.com and all associated pages.

What We Collect

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to FFAI updates, we collect your email address through Formspree, a third-party email form service. We use it only to send quarterly index updates and insurance deadline reminders. We do not sell, share, or rent your email to anyone. Formspree processes your submission on their servers before delivering it to us — see their privacy policy linked below.

Phone and email contact: If you call or email us directly, we keep records of our conversations as needed for insurance servicing and follow-up. This is standard practice for licensed insurance agents.

Cookies

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These are analytics cookies set by Google’s script. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising services. This site has no ads.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted. Email subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Insurance servicing records are retained as required by Wisconsin and Minnesota state insurance regulations.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your email subscription at any time by replying to any email we send or by contacting us directly. You can opt out of analytics tracking using the Google opt-out tools described above. Residents of states with data privacy laws may have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.
